Jessica Scheidt, MS/CCC-SLP
Director of Sunshine Speech Therapy, PLLC

Jessica is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist and the Director of the agency, bringing over 20 years of distinguished experience serving children of diverse ages and backgrounds. An accomplished and compassionate clinician, she is known for her commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care and her ability to support meaningful communication outcomes for every child she works with. Jessica is also recognized by Apraxia Kids as a provider for children with apraxia, reflecting her advanced expertise in this specialized area.

As a founder, Jessica built the agency from the ground up with a clear vision of creating a supportive, collaborative environment for both families and clinicians. She takes great pride in leading a woman-owned business that values integrity, clinical excellence, and strong relationships. Equally important to her mission is fostering a healthy work-life balance for her team, ensuring that clinicians feel supported, respected, and empowered in their roles. Her leadership continues to shape a practice that prioritizes both exceptional care and a positive, sustainable workplace culture.

Lindsay Czechowski MS/CCC-SLP
Lindsay is an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist. With a strong medical background and a passion for helping others, she brings energy, enthusiasm, and a highly engaging style to every session. Lindsay incorporates creativity and humor into her therapy, making sessions enjoyable while still maintaining a strong focus on meaningful progress. Her ability to connect with individuals through a warm, lighthearted approach helps build trust, increase participation, and foster confidence. Her dedication as a Speech-Language Pathologist shines through as she supports each individual’s communication journey.

Madeline Horst, OTR/L
Madeline graduated from from Gannon University in 2024 with a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has a passion for bringing joy and individualized care to children and families while building strong relationships with everyone she works with. She helps children with the confidence and skills they need to feel successful in their everyday routines at home, school, and beyond.

Tiffney Malloy, TOD
Tiffney has spent the last 30+ years in the education field working with students and families as a teacher for the deaf and hearing impaired and as a remediation specialist. She believes that every child has their own unique needs and because of this, she takes great pleasure in helping each child discover their own unique talents, as well as learning pathways to overcoming obstacles they face. As a teacher for the hearing impaired, her job requires communication and coordination between families, students, and schools, so that each child receives the necessary modifications and skill training for success in a public or private school education. They are then able to carry these learned skills into their future careers.
Necole Hubbard, OTR/L
With years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, she brings expertise in addressing a wide variety of OT needs, along with a sunny and approachable personality. Her passion for helping children reach their full potential makes her a trusted and valued member and OT supervisor on our team
Andrea Monk, MS/CF-SLP
 
A recent high honors graduate of SUNY Buffalo State University, Andrea brings brings both talent and enthusiasm to our Sunshine team. With hands-on experience in pediatric therapy, she combines her energy and dedication to support children in developing clear speech and strong language skills. Services focus on improving articulation (speech sound production) as well as enhancing expressive and receptive language, including sentence structure, vocabulary, and comprehension skills. She brings a warm, positive energy to every session, creating an environment where children feel comfortable, motivated, and excited to participate. Her calm and patient approach allows each child the time and support they need to learn at their own pace, even when tasks are challenging. She consistently meets children where they are, offering encouragement and gentle guidance to build confidence and foster steady progress. 
Alyssa is Speech-Language Pathologist with experience supporting children in early intervention, preschool, and school-based settings. She is passionate about helping children find their voice and build meaningful communication skills that carry over into their everyday lives.  Her clinical interests include autism, AAC (augmentative and alternative communication), gestalt language processing, and childhood apraxia of speech. She uses a child-led, play-based approach and is committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming therapy that honors each child’s unique strengths, communication style, and developmental path.  She values strong collaboration with families and caregivers and strive to create therapy that is both engaging and practical. As a mom of four, she understands the importance of realistic strategies that can be carried over into daily routines.

Joelle Evans is a dedicated Early Intervention Service Coordinator.  With firsthand experience as a mother navigating Early Intervention (EI) and CPSE services for her child, Joelle brings both professional expertise and personal passion to her role.  She is committed to supporting families and ensuring accurate, compassionate service coordination.  Joelle also serves as Billing Coordinator and Executive Assistant.  With a strong background in administrative support, finance, and human services, she understands the ins and outs of running a growing business.
