Owner/Director
Jessica is an ASHA Certified Speech Pathologist. She is an accomplished and compassionate specialist with over 20 years of distinguished experience in providing speech services to children of diverse backgrounds and ages while maintaining rigorous adherence to latest practices. Bridget Szozda, MS CCC/SLP
Bridget is an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist with over 10 years of experience across the lifespan. She is enthusiastic and dedicated to achieving student outcomes. She has worked in early intervention, preschools, schools, and skilled nursing facilities.
Natalie Boothe, PT, DPT
Natalie graduated from Ithaca college with her doctorate in physical therapy. Since then she has been working with children to provide early intervention, preschool, and school aged services. Natalie works to encourage gross motor development, working to help children meet their milestones and participate with peers, both at school and in the community.
Tiffney Malloy, Teacher of the Deaf
Tiffany has spent the last 30+ years in the education field working with students and families as a teacher for the deaf and hearing impaired and as a remediation specialist. She believes that every child has their own unique needs and because of this, she takes great pleasure in helping each child discover their own unique talents, as well as learning pathways to overcoming obstacles they face. As a teacher for the hearing impaired, her job requires communication and coordination between families, students, and schools, so that each child receives the necessary modifications and skill training for success in a public or private school education. They are then able to carry these learned skills into their future careers.

With firsthand experience as a mother navigating Early Intervention (EI) services for her child, Joelle brings both professional expertise and personal passion to her role. She is committed to supporting families and ensuring accurate, compassionate service coordination.
